How credits and slots work on each plan
Autonomous slots are for background work: monitoring issues, running scheduled tasks, discovery routines. Interactive slots are for when you directly message Ayven via Slack or Teams. Each slot type is counted separately.
If you’re regularly hitting your 500 credit limit or need more concurrent execution capacity, Standard or Premium makes sense.
On the free plan and with credit packs, each run Ayven finishes uses 1 credit, whether the run researches, writes a document or files a ticket. Standard and Premium do not count credits.
